We are confident in the quality of our guides and we want you to be satisfied with what you bought.
If you are not satisfied with a guide for any reason, you may request your money back within 30 days of your original purchase date. We will return your money regardless of the reason, provided the request is made within that window.
Email info@savethisguide.com from the address you used at checkout and tell us which guide. There is no form and you do not need to explain why.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for our team to respond. If your request is within the 30 day window, it will be approved.
Once approved we process the refund immediately. It can then take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Whop is our payment processor and merchant of record, so your refund is returned through Whop to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, account or person than the one used at checkout. If you paid with a private relay email address, such as Apple's Hide My Email, tell us the date and amount and we will find your order.
Please contact us directly so we can resolve any issue before you file a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We honour our 30 day guarantee and will help you promptly. Filing a chargeback instead of emailing us does not get your money back any faster, and it takes longer to resolve than a refund we process ourselves.
We reserve the right to decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud or abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles across our guides, or redistribution of a guide. This is not aimed at anyone who simply did not find a guide useful. If you asked within 30 days and you are not doing either of those things, you get your money back.
Because our guides are digital, we cannot take the file back, and we will not ask you to prove you deleted it. We would rather trust you and keep this simple.
